Boards & Sprints

Board Types

Select Kanban or Scrum per project via Project Settings → Board.

Kanban Board

Columns map to workflow statuses. Drag cards between columns to transition issues. Columns with a WIP limit turn red when exceeded.

Scrum Board

Shows only issues in the active sprint. Drag cards to update status.

Sprint Lifecycle

1. Create sprint — from the Backlog view, click New Sprint
2. Add issues — drag from backlog to sprint
3. Start sprint — sets the sprint period (start date + end date)
4. Complete sprint — moves unfinished issues to the backlog or next sprint

Burndown Chart

Available on the Sprint view. Shows remaining story points per day vs. ideal trend line.

Backlog

All un-sprinted issues appear in the backlog. Drag to re-rank or into a sprint row. Use filters (assignee, label, priority) to focus.
